Jana Russell Garner

Jana Russell Garner is an experienced advocate in and out of the courtroom in all types of legal matters and negotiations. She is an accomplished litigator and mediator in jury and non-jury cases representing anyone from individuals to international corporations, whether plaintiffs or defendants, throughout the State of Alabama.

Jana Russell Garner began her legal career in 1997. She has been involved in cases with jury verdicts or settlements from very little to millions of dollars. After working with both plaintiff and defense-oriented law offices, Jana Russell Garner established JRG Law Offices, LLC in the fall of 2017. She maintains office locations in Selma and Tuscaloosa. Though licensed to practice throughout the State of Alabama, she focuses on legal matters occurring in Autauga, Baldwin, Bibb, Chilton,  Clarke, Dallas, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Lowndes, Marengo, Mobile, Montgomery, Perry, Pickens, Shelby, Sumter, Tuscaloosa, Washington, and Wilcox counties.

Jana Russell Garner obtained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Cumberland School of Law in 1997. Prior to obtaining her J.D., she received her B.A. from Judson College and graduated from St. Andrews - Sewanee Episcopal School.

Jana Russell Garner has been married to Paul Garner since 2004. They have two children, Sam and Fair, and are members of the Episcopal Church.
